RST: Reset

from the RAHP800>0409>Carrier-Sprint>config_operator.txt file and pasted over what was in the Carrier-Generic>config_operator.txt file. I then copied all files mentioned (Ultralite.tst, groovetweaks.cab, OMC_9.9.917.cab, SHSHIMIAR.xml, Start_Menu.xml) from the Carrier-Sprint folder into the Carrier - Generic folder. This is where I ran into a problem, as I can't find a file titled Start_menu.xml in the Carrier-Sprint folder. Am I looking in the wrong place, or what am I missing? I did find a Start_Menu.xml under RAPH800>COMMON>OEMMISC, is that the one I am looking for?

Also, if anyone would like to explain what these file are and what they do, this is one noob that would definitely appreciate it

EDIT: Update - I went ahead and copied the Start_Menu.xml file into the Carrier - Generic folder, and began building a ROM. Both Carrier - Sprint and Carrier - Generic show up, but they are both selected and if I try to unselect them I get a "Cannot disable theese items" (snickers at theese). Any help?

How do you know? Remember what happened last time the mods tried to mess with him? What did he get banned for anyway? I looked at his most recent post, and he just disagreed with a couple of statements. It's scary that he would get banned for that. Am I missing something here?

being banned for disagreeing sounds alot like censorship rather than Groove breaking the rules. But thats just my thought, the only ones who know arent talking. but theres always XDA. Hope i didnt offend anyone, but its just my thought

I agree. Last time he did go to xda, but a bunch of GSM users flashed his rom and bricked their phones. Then he pulled his roms from there. Who knows though. Knowing grove, he's building his own forum now..

Im am very upset about this. I just started using groove rom literally a couple days ago and i am SO HAPPY!

It works better than most other roms ive tried lately and i really wish that this banning never happened knowing that newer winmo builds have been coming off the shelf pretty fast.

Luckily, this latest build may actually be enough to hold me over. What ever the problem is, heres to it being resolved expediently!

The staff does not discuss actions taken involving site members. We will leave this thread open so that users can discuss the ROM amongst themselves, but discussion about actions taken/speculation about those actions is unproductive. Feel free to discuss the ROM, but if this thread devolves too much we'll need to close it down until Indagroove begins posting in it again.

because i was active in the thread that caused him being banned, but he should be back in 3 weeks, mike is right.
This isnt over the same stuff as last time though.
