Can I unlock my Samsung Omnia 2 SGH i920 Verizon CDMA phone with these steps? I want to use it on other service providers in other country.

no. this is to unlock the touch pro to flash custom roms. i saw your other post and you want to put a sim card in your phone. the verizon omnia 2 does not have a sim card slot. Here's where most omnia 2 owners hang out http://www.modaco.com/category/410/i...00-modaco-com/

Hi, I have a sprint Htc touch pro that I'm trying to flash over to cricket. As far as I know its unlocked. Everytime I get ready to install the rom it goes to 0% on both the pc and phone then an error messages comes up. Any idea on what I may be doing wrong? Also the phone is brand new from sprint. I think I made the mistake of getting my number swiched over before the phone was flashed because now i'm phoneless. Can somebody please help me out.

you dont need to flash or unlock your phone to get it to work on cricket. but...as far as the problem you're having, did you follow these steps and confirm it's unlocked? http://forum.ppcgeeks.com/showthread.php?t=42503

My active synch dies after a week or so of my ownership. Tried all the fixes, but it seems my usb plug died. Been reading these threads all day and the net and haven't found direct answer:

Is there anyway to unlock the Sprint Touch Pro without a cable USB connection? Ie like transfering a file via bluetooth and running it off the storage card?
