after i downloaded 1.8 i double clicked the icon and it just opened up all the files and dumped them onto my desktop. i just collected them all into a new folder and hit ROMupdateutility. worked fine.

on a side note it looks like the pagepool is set to 6 and DCD didn't include a pagepool changer. i just borrowed one from one of my old roms and changed it to 20.

Interesting. when i used the pagepool changer it read it at 6 and i used it to change it to 20. i just went back in and used it again and it still says it's at 20. i'll have to read up on this with the link you provided, but if DCD has set it to 24 then i'm not to concerned. just as long as it's not 6

please somebody explain to me how to use 1.08 i can't get it to work i have tried on vista 2000 and xp I really want this rom but i can't use it.

You can flash it any of the ways available just like any other ROM.

Plug in VIA Activesync...run the .exe and follow prompts...done...

Extract all the files from the RAR file...plug in VIA Activesynce...run the RUU and follow promps...done....

Extract only the .nbh, rename it RAPHIMG.NBH, put it on your storage card, and throw your phone into bootloader, done...

when i extract the ruu it tells me it is corrupt so i re downloaded both of them 107 and 108 and both give me the same outcome

i had the same problem it has to do with it not downloading properly which is a real pisser...needs a mirrored host for the files as the problem stems from his server.
