I tried all 3 options just now. Didn't change anything.

Just out of curiosity, are you trying to change the in-call volume while in a call? I think that's the only way you can do it. Try calling your voicemail or something, and while it's connected, use the volume buttons.

yup, that's exactly what i've been trying to do.

Hum, I'm stumped then, 'cause it works fine for me. I guess try re-flashing before you start putting your customizations in? Or try flashing a different way?

hmm thats wierd.. did u install a theme or a shell with whatever background u tryed to use before? if so try to delete it under Settings/System/Remove Programs find it and delete it cuz it might stil bu in use causing it to crop the home screen

it's slow, but not that slow. i just tried it and it's averaging around 325kb/s

That's odd, it starts at about 10kb/s for me and then slowly degrades and times out. Hmm. Thanks for the response though.

Nope. I've only installed a few things since I flashed, none of which affected visual appearance.

The only thing I can think of is maybe Skyfire or the battery cab, but they're both pretty popular and I'd imagine someone else would have had the same issue.

well unfortunatly since u havent downloaded a lot of things like i have lol just use pim backup hard reset and then restore with pim back up should be fixed and u might not have to completly flash
