BATTERY CABS! I haven't fully tested these to see what kind of improvements one might expect on this ROM, but here's a couple if anyone wants to test them out [I wouldn't install both, just one or the other]:

They do not interfere with each other. The first adjusts the poll interval of the battery driver, but seems to speed up the battery polling when compared with the default value of this rom - default is 5000, this lowers to 1250. Elsewhere in the forums, a value of 20000 is suggested (this is used on a number of other roms as well).

A few pages back there was a cab posted that changes the value to 25000

The second cab enables power management for asyc, pptp, ir, etc as suggested elsewhere on the forum for battery improvement.

which version doesnt hard reset...cuz mine hard reset about 3-4 times this morn alone

That happened to me twice yesterday. Anyone else have this problem?

I did a couple of soft resets (adding apps) and its working OK now. Not sure what could have caused that, though..

I'm back on the 6/5 update - I havent had a hard reset/lock up in 3 days.

I had 3 random hard resets on the 6/12 update in 1 day.

No, I have not tried that...I am satisfied with the 6/5 right now....I'll wait until a later update and maybe try it again.

I was thinking of flashing the 6-13 today but it sounds like there is a hard-reset issue. Does this happen to everyone or just a certain unlucky group?

it has not happen to me yet and it's been a few days now, i had to soft reset maybe twice since i installed the 6/13 but i had no issues after the soft reset
