Re: |Sep 4|HERM| .¸¸.·´¯`·.¸¸.-|Energy| 21911|24631 - 2.1/2.5/CHT/GTX/MaxSense

running Energy.HERMAN.24631.Sense2.5.Cookie.Sep.04 since this morning no problems. great work NRG.

Btw if any of you missed this http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=725290 the touch pro works fine overclocked at 710 mhz.

Install NetRippers Msm7kCpuSpeed App.
Install SetCpuSpeed v1.0d on SD card.
Take SD card out and soft reset the phone.
Open registry.
Go to HKLM\Software\Msm7kCpuSpeed.
Edit the values as below:

BootTime = 90000 (This is important. This value gives enough time for the
phone to fully boot up. The phone has to fully boot up
before the OC kicks in)
CheckTime = 20 (Stable at 20, otherwise yoyos between base and OCed
cpu speed)
Command = 0
PerfomanceLevel = 37 (This speed is stable for me without SOD)37=710
ScreenOffPerfomanceLevel = 32
SettlingTime = 10

Close Registry editor, insert SD card in the phone and soft reset the phone.
Once the phone has fully boot up, give it a minute before opening NetRippers Msm7kCpuSpeed and you should see your OCed cpu speed.
If your OC cpu speed isnt stable then take your SD card out,soft reset the phone and registry edit PerfomanceLevel to a lower value. One step equals roughly 19.2 mhz.
Or you could remove your sd card, reboot and uninstall.
It is important to install on the sd card in case you have problems.

Slightly modified from Qzytor's guide for the blackstone http://forum.xda-developers.com/show...postcount=1191

since my original post I have lowered my screen off performance level to 20 and started a new thread at http://forum.ppcgeeks.com/showthread.php?t=133260

I've never used Myphone, but have you gone into Settings > System > SMS Threading? It may take a restart to show changes. Also, you may need to set this to Classic & restart b4 importing SMS, then set it back to Threaded & restart.

Your posts are hard to decipher as to what you're actually talking about. I'm guessing you're using a Verizon branded TP with less memory. If so, clarifying that in your stats will help others help you. Also, you may find other ROMs more suited to a phone with less memory.

Too few folks use that version to warrant updating it very often.

HTC Dialer. When in a call, the buttons for Keypad and End are off the bottom of the screen. Anyone else having this problem?

Just flashed the MaxSense UI ROM. A little slow for my liking, but I'm going to give it a try. Couple issues right off the bat, when I'm on the HTC text message screen where it shows the message, it cuts off the name of the sender.

Re: |Sep 4|HERM| .¸¸.·´¯`·.¸¸.-|Energy| 21911|24631 - 2.1/2.5/CHT/GTX/MaxSense

Flashed to 24631 Dinik from 23128 Titanium for a change of pace...I've run into a number of issues...

1) My keyboard and all hardware button stops working if the phone gets hot (phone gets hot if I'm on the speakerphone for more than 45 Minutes). In addition to this, when I hit the power button, the screen doesn't really shut off. It just shows a black screen (the backlight is still on).

2) The GPS isn't very accurate in maps. I can't get the location accuracy to be less than 150 Meters in Google Maps, even after getting 7+ satellites.

3) Picture messaging is a little weird. I can receive but not send. When I do receive a picture mail, it wipes out all incoming text messages that I have received (just as weird as it sounds) up to that point.

4) After starting a call and putting the phone to my face, the screen shuts off, as it's supposed to. However, if i need to use the keypad in the dark (edit: outside at night also), the screen will shut off as I type, almost instantaneously. Sequence: Press the power button, touch the keypad button, touch a number, screen goes off.

Thats all i have for now.
