I have a problem that occurs quite often and leaves my phone not working.

My phone randomly freezes, then when I try to turn it on, it doesnt get past the boot menu (Where it says Touch Pro with some red words on the bottom). At this point I can not use the phone at all unless I find a computer to reflash it (which is annoying if I am out doing something or at work).

Does this happen to anyone else or know of a way to prevent this? It has been happening to me with a few versions of Energy Rom.

well, this usually follows not doing the famous flash dance. flash to stock or use Task29 and reload the rom. sorry but we all have gone through this fun.

How do I change the page pool on this for my Verizon Touch Pro?
I used the page pool changer V 2.21 that I found on here somewhere to change it to 10 but I have only 2 MB RAM available on boot up with the cookie version.
I previous ROMs I used I could run sense 2.5 and still have plenty of RAM left over, using a lower page pool.

Edit: As soon as the super slow download finishes I'll try the regular energy version with a lower page pool and see if I have more RAM available.

Symantec (and possibly others) detect a false trojan in the compressed 7zip file. Perhaps yours is blocking the complete download because of this.

For the most part, I like this rom! However, I have not found a way to copy and paste appointments in the calendar. This is a feature that I use often. Does anyone know of a workaround? Thanks, and keep up the good work!!

I have a dialer question. For whatever reason, when I push the phone button to bring up the dialer, I only have like a second to start dialing or else it redials the last number! It must be a setting screwed up somewhere, but I can't figure it out. I am using Dinick Glass from July.

If it helps, I use a HTC Touch Pro CMDA (SPRINT). Can someone recommend the radio version I ought to be using prior to installing these ROM? My phone says RAPH800. I thought I should be downloading the Raphael ROM one, but it should be the HERMAN instead? Thanks.

I'm not sure about the correct radio, but the CDMA HTC Touch Pro (Sprint) is the Herman.

This happens to me sometimes. It's not a setting. It's either the Talk hardware button going south (mine was dialing and redialing someone like 30 times in a row one day), or you are pressing Talk while on the E-mail tab and it has a phone number for the person who sent you the displayed e-mail. That's all I could figure out.
