I just use the wizard in Lumos to do the setup. At least for my use, helps significantly.

Has anyone had the issue where the clouds animation goes across the home screen even if it says its not cloudy? Also, if I switch screens and then come back to the home screen the clouds just appear to be frozen half way through their travel path...
