Does anyone know how to change the top "task bar" as I would call it (bar across the top of the screen which contains the all of the icons such as battery and etc.) to transparent or something other than this pleather thing. lol

To get the transparent bar on top look in the attachments ove threads and find the "Transparent task bar" file.. theirs plenty around.

You can also just change the Today theme. Go to Start -> Settings -> Today and pick a different theme. Pretty sure just picking a different wallpaper would work as well.

Thanks my friend. I have tried 3 different cabs but no luck. I am gonna try changing the theme..I didn't even think of that. Sometimes we forget the simplest things. lol

EDIT: Yep changing the theme worked! lol

Okay, I'm having another issue now too. For some reason the location feature of the weather tab keeps telling me I'm at the "Espoo railway station". I googled it and found that it's in Finland. That's like all the way on the other side of the world. What the hell is going on? And if I can't fix it, how do I shut off the automatic location feature?

EDIT: After a restart and "Update Now", it correctly figured out my location. I would still like to know how to remove the automatic location from being listed on the weather tab and home tab though, just in case it starts acting up again. It is pretty annoying having someone else's weather displayed on the home tab.

Click on the clock on the home tab and change your location.

Thanks. That's what I was looking for. I feel stupid now for not figuring that out before. For some reason I was thinking that that was only for the clock and not the associated weather info.

hi all im wondering if anyone has tried the cmylxgo old school slider and icon on energy's 2.1 roms and it doesn't install correctly with icons being too tiny?
