i just flashed my rom. so far the rom seems slow so i turned off htc sense and nnow its quick as ever, i have 2 questions though, 1 is how do i get back the old volume control like before when you can use the side buttons to control it and 2 how can i get back the opera option where if i press somewhere twice it zooms in or out. thanks

I know I should expect inbound flames...but...I can't seem to find the download link in the first post? I've downloaded it before (12-25 build I think) and the links were below the "Hotfile" image...maybe I'm blind, I haven't slept but 3 hours in 2 days. lol

Next question...in the previous build, I learned that MMS didn't work out of the box, but I also had issues with HTC messaging not sending SMS as well. I had flashed from stock rom, hard reset, etc. Am I doing something wrong? If I switched from "Conversation" to "Classic" mode in messaging, texts went through just fine. That was probably my only problem with this otherwise AWESOME rom, so thank you!!

Text seems to work AMAZING out of box. Whether I'm replying, through HTC messaging, from the tab, etc. I haven't had any trouble sending or receiving. MMS however, seems like we still need Arcsoft MMS but that's no big deal...I tried to send an MMS from another phone to myself and it actually said I had received it, but I wasn't able to view it...

I left the Page Pool at 6MB and it seems blazing fast...almost want to try and reflash with 16 or 32...but why bother when it's this smooth?

Now, can someone post me proper instructions on installing Arcsoft on this rom/version, and what I need to do (if anything) to integrate it with the existing messaging so as not to break it? I'd be very thankful

Just flashed the new ROM and started checking it out. My software info shows 23515 instead of 23518. Is there a big difference between the two?

I have a cab file for sprint picture. The file I have is design that the picture has its own folder so you dont have to look in your text to find that picture that you got from someone. So all you have to do is open the folder and the picture is ready for you in the folder.
