The WM dialer is just ugly and not very functional and having it as default defeats the whole purpose of having an HTC sense contacts tab in the first place.
IMO, these are major bugs, that depreciate the overall value of the rom, and as such they should be addressed before any other update is released.

Keep in mind any 2.5 release is considered a Test ROM/Beta if you will. I believe nrgz put "Evaluation Copy" in the title of at least one of the new releases. (EDIT:Not on hotfile title but I believe I saw it during a download) If you're not up for testing then you may want to go with any of the manila 2.1 builds.

I tested both but many fixes I will stay in 10-11 like a test rigth now it's more stable.

I don't think you'll be charged for using the weather tab. GPS is not tied in anyway to the carrier, and if you have SERO you'll be using only the data.

I have two number and two plans (SERO and Everything) and as far as I know, TeleNav is tied to a specific phone number which also uses a PIN and cannot be used on another phone.

This is correct, the GPS is hardware enabled, it has little to do with Sprint, nor does it use Sprint Navigation in order to use it (I don't even have it installed as we speak). As long as you have a DATA plan, you will be fine using it.
