First I want to say thank you for this GREAT rom.

My question is this, is there any way to get the original WM6.5 Taskbar without that the images from you theme? What I mean is that you can still see your theme on the taskbar even when you change the background image. Also when you click on the Start Menu the softkey images on the bottom bar dont replicate the wallpaper, it appears all black with the softkeys with your theme on it.

Nothing against your theme because I think its cool, its just that when I change the background I like both the taskbar and bottom bar to mimic the image because it makes the screen look bigger and cleaner. Thanks.

I just flashed from the 8/1 version to the newest 8/9 and I've already had to soft reset like 4 or 5x because of freeze ups

gotchu.... it may be associated to the phone heating up as well, i havent had this issue and havent noticed anyone else either with this rom. what was your flash proceedures....? as many have said to flash to stock first, if you had any other rom flashed. then after that, hard reset maybe twice. then i would attempt to duplicate this event after fresh flash and before any other cab installations.

could be the heating up thou!!!! when i bought the phone it had the juicy and i just reflashed... it has the inlock thing already and i just did a hard reset and then intalled this one!!!

well from my understanding and what i have always done, even back to my titan days, wold be to locate and flash back to stock. then flash chosen custom, i usually flash twice, then hardreset twice. would anyone else have, pre and post flash suggestions?

After flash the recomendation it's make a hard reset again.

Since im waiting for the next ROM (im still running 08/01) and started a new job, I decided to do something.

Test out battery life.
Im happy to say - Yesterday my phone was taken off the charger at 8:30am. I fell asleep at 2 am and the phone was still showing 1% before i put it back on the charger.

Now - I used my phone. Over 200 texts, internet, using it as a radio while I ran 3 miles (pandora) 6 pic messages and maybe a dozen phone calls.

This is a new TP (my 4th, a refurb) and it has a great battery.
Im using the newest print radio (which i plan to switch back to telus since the signal isnt that good for me) and most importantly LUMOS. Other than that, Ive just followed some of the regedits found in this thread and killed active sync. Thats it.

For all the haters of NRG roms battery life... Ur not trying hard enough. Ive got INCREDIBLE battery life.. with pretty much no work on my part.

That's SICK battery life! Nice! Can I ask how you killed Async? I've used eLiAs Asynckiller before but it wasn't 100%. Which reg edits are you using? I think I got them covered but wanted to doulble check. You dont have to list them but if you could point me in the right direction...Any suggestions would be appreciated.
