Read the page that details how the application works. It actually uses the G-sensor more than the light sensor. It does use the light sensor as a double check of when to turn the screen off, but not when to turn it back on. So in a dark room you should be OK. Although I guess depending how you tilt it in a dark room during a call it might mistakenly turn the screen off, but that's just a guess I've never used it in a totally dark room.

Hey NRGZ, Just wanted to say thanks for all the hard work that you do. I know alot about computers but I don't know crap about building a good stable rom. So I am glad you do. Just as a side note, if you cooks ever get together in the kitchen and just chat about stuff, I have an idea for a rom for ya. There are many people that used to have a Diamond that switched to a Touch Pro. Now the Diamond just sits in a drawer (what a waste) What about a ROM that there is no phone, no internet,(well there could be wifi I guess) maybe a calender, the camera, and a good music player. Maybe even notes. So that people could turn their old dusty diamonds into kinda like an IPOD so that it can be used. If there was a rom like that, I would put it on my diamond and give it to my daughter to use as an MP3 Player.

Edit: Quick questions (after a thread search) related to the taskbar and landscape lock screen. I am sure these questions have been brought up before, so I apologize if they are indeed duplicates (1) The taskbar shows the stock icons for both Ev and Ix, the data arrows & the active sync icon shows instead of the globe. Are these known issues, and if so are they fixable? (2) I love the edited lock screen cooked in this ROM, however I noticed the landscape version is not the same version as the portrait version. When switched to landscape, the lock screen show the stock version with the slide button on top and the time at the bottom. Thanks for all your help with these minor issues!

Unfortunately this will not help for what I need, I just need the files and or registry keys.reg file for the original Stock stylus functionality. Without the original files / .reg entries I cannot set the Auto-Rotation of any of my apps on my phone by way of BsB G-Config. I happen to think Auto Rotation is important and would hate to have to start opening the keyboard every time I need something lanscaped.

I agree! I think the Stylus Sensor was disabled on this ROM and perhaps that is why the phone won`t wake when the Stylus is pulled out. Is there a way to re-enable the Stylus sensor please? StylusLock doesn`t do the trick either.

This feature will work great in any light setting, it will basically use the G-sensor when the light screen cant be used, and you can even ignore the light sensor totally.

Another thing I noticed and not that it bothers me but there are multiple task managers 1 in the utilities and 1 in the system folder.... in general this Rom kicks a$$

I personally havent found a reg edit for this, but i'm sure there is one, i have read that some people use gyrator 2 to tweak this and other settings the way they want them, i dont know if you wanna give it a shot, i installed it for about 10 mins and said screw it haha.. its not that important to me. but i'll continue to search for a reg edit and get back to ya.

Okay, after using this rom for a bit, i must say.... AWESOME WORK! This feels like a complete package to me, all i had to do is load up my contacts and the mms .cab for sprint and everything is perfect!

My only gripe is that for some reason, after a bit of playing media after hitting the power button, the phone crashes and has to be reset. I dont think its a soft ware conflict on my end, but maybe... this is the first rom ive used in a while that still plays music with headphones attached and in sleep mode. PS, i use coreplayer.
