Nevermind, I just ended up flashing to stock, activating, and now I'm in the process of redownloading EnergyRom again.

Well, you solved your problem, but for future reference, launching EPST from the Windows folder is all the ##codes do. So, knowing that, you can just launch it yourself next time. I think the reason the codes don't work as expected is that the ROM/dialer is ported from a GSM phone. Searching the thread for ##codes or EPST will turn up a few cabs that will create EPST shortcuts if desired.

I'm running GTX 21911, and my signal bars keep raising from none, 1, 2, 3, and then they start over again. So I never know what my actual signal strength is. Any help there?
