I just installed 23518 with m2.5 and i am unable to send or view received MMS. Is MMS working for anyone, if so do you have any suggestions on how to get i to work?

Hey tried out the new rom have always liked your work and this was no different loved the rom and worked with SPB Mobile Finance WOW.... Ok the only issue I had was both your 21889.Standard_27.Jan.2010.rar and 21889.Titanium_27.Jan.2010 crashed on me both times I was going over my text and had my wm player running. Might just be my phone has hit the floor one to many times.

I've asked him question after question on his twitter and continue to watch him answer 10 other people and never me, so I simply gave up. There were quite a few of us a few months ago helping user after user for FREE as well. I have been using Energy ROM for almost 6 months now, but as of late, there is always something that diminishes the phone and we have to wait quite a bit of time to get fixes.

I don't want to seem ungrateful, but unfortunately there are some really great ROMs here in this forum that are starting to take the thunder away from here. The community has practically died since December and the guys who were making guide after guide for users have left as well. There are issues with this ROM (MMS) that have been around for at least 3 months and still have not been fixed. It's just the truth....sometimes truth is hard to swallow.

I haven't used Energy ROM for about a month now, but I'm sure you still have to do the usual.

1. Get the Remove PictureMail & Arcsoft Cab
2. Soft Reset
3. Install a different version of Arcsoft (I used to use 5.2.XXXX)
4. Soft Reset

Hello, I'm not very active on the forum, but I have a problem and need some help. This has been a persistent problem on all NRG roms I've tried, but not any others. When I try to use Google maps i get the error "Your location can not be determined" when using GPS. I'm afraid this is a stupid question but searching google and looking as much as i could through this tread as i could came up with nothing. The other tools in the GPS start menu folder work fine, windows live maps work, and even trapster works. I've tried installing new versions of Google Maps but nothing seems to work. Any help would be appreciated.

I'd also like to give props to NRG! I'm a flash freak but always end up here! your ROMs are great!

I would flash the stock ROM and see if Google maps works under stock, then go back to NRG.

Some do this 'flash dance' twice for stock, then twice for the custom ROM.

See I've never flash danced.. I'm unsure which to used since I am on the Cricket network. But when I flash to other ROMs I don't have this problem. This is why I've never bothered to flash dance

again ill say... retractable slider was the issue...




and the battery is still showing only full...

yea eh... im using the oem one...

but i forgot lumos makes quicker changes and more often...

I never use Lumos anymore.
MMS and all the cab switching to get it no longer needed either.

There's an option in google maps that activates the gps portion. For some reason the default on this rom is disabled.

January 18th build worked for me without any mods. But the 27th build does not show any MMS and it errors out during the send. I went through the above steps and it did not improve things much. Anyone else with MMS problem? I am reflashing it now.
