Tell me more... did it install? where did you install it? I have installed/uninstalled it a few times and have never seen a screen that says "Tap Here to Launch." Did you install any other version first? We need more info to help you out.

Had similar issue. I have a capital letter in my password and when using hardware keyboard, the shift key does not work. To fix that, I used Juicy47 Western Ezinput, its attached to this thread. After I did indeed have the correct password in, Exchange is working fine for me. This was for both versions.

Uninstall it and reset, disable HTCSense and reinstall the attached cab. Should work now. Here is a video on it and how it works.

We seem to keep getting the same files attached over and over again.
That adds duplicates to the file views in this thread.
Also makes it harder to sift through.
We should try to link to a file in this thread instead of posting it repeatedly.

Glad we are all trying to help but repeated posting of the same files causes issues.
Search the thread for a file before posting it.

21864 Nov5 ROM....used it all weekend. I like the new HTC messaging app but the speed of it is killing me. No biggie though.

This morning when I got to work I noticed I had 2-3 missed calls. I never heard them or felt them. I called myself from my desk. The phone lights up with the number and such but it never rings or vibrates. Soft reset fixes the issue. Going back to one of the older October releases as I can't be missing calls.

This is a beutiful rom. I've tried quite a few in the past, but particular ROM has changed the way I interact with my phone like no other has.

Are you using custom ringtones? Try going to sound setting and change the ringtone sound. For some reason, mine would not work either after the flash until I selected a different sound.
