Re: *ROMs* *6/10* *SsS-ROMv0120* *WM6.5(21501.5.0.70)* *Rhodium Manila* *EzInput2.0*

hey deck. haven't posted on here in a while. still rocking this rom as it is the best by far and u really interact with us well. i have been waiting to see what others have said about recent builds which is why i haven't been posting. i still watch the thread constantly though . now my thoughts one 120.

overall this version is AWESOME!!!

a few comments/questions/concerns

battery life is awesome for me. seems like a major improvement in the past i couldn't make it through the work day on one battery. since going to 120 i have battery life to spare.

is there a way you can change the im client to another one that supports multiple like oz instant messenger i don't really have too many people who use aim as most of my friends use yahoo or msn

i have a problem every once in a while where if i send a text or even just view one when i exit the screen hangs and gets stuck. the time it hangs varies for 5 seconds to 30 minutes

+1 for adding g alarm

once again deck thanks for all your hard work

Problem solved.

PRO-TIP: Palringo installs itself to run at startup (and connect) by default, and you don't notice because TF3D takes over the today screen, including the icon that indicates that palringo is running.

Also, Gyrator2 (http://gyrator.brins0.net/) is great for the g-sensor!

Also of note:

While not a big deal and just mildly annoying, I have ClearVue presentation crap in 0120 Lite.

Also, does anybody else have issues with GPS? I can't get a lock for some reason. I've tried Google Maps as well as Live, and both just spin looking for satellites.

Deck,

This ROM rocks! This is only the 3rd rom I've tried besides the stock and I really don't see a need to change. Love the way MMS is handled, and 6.5 seems a little more stable on top of the aesthetic enhancements.

user60396561,
I haven't had any issues with GPS

I had run that, yes, and that didn't help.

However, on the walk home from work today, I tried it again, and it worked. So, I don't know. But it seems to be working now.

Hey Deck I can't manually dial a number and make a call! When i go to the phone and enter a number to dial, when i press the green talk button it deletes the number i entered and does nothing. the physical send button does nothing as well. Anyone else experiencing this? please reply and let me know incase i have a problem on my end. i have the newest stuffed version.

I had this problem, I had to install the Tachi dialer.. It can be found on post 731 (I believe in this thread) and I also saw it on the Pocket PC Software forum.
