I was wondering how do I change the background image on the start menu its kind of hard to see the text of the apps with that H background.

are you just talking about changing your back ground on the phone or the lil icon where the start is.. if its the back ground go to setting/ today and change it there....

The image under the start menu, not the Manilla home screen background

Oh I also forgot to ask how do you remove that battery indicator rainbow thin line at the top of the screen ? I am really not into it at all.

you can change all the H files in
SYS\21725\dpi_192_resh_480_resv_640\COMMON\base_dp i_192_resh_480_resv_640

and in
SYS\21725\DPI_192\COMMON\Base_DPI_192


and the keyboard i am not sure but it been doing that for me in 3 differnet kitchens since 21222

quickgps does not work ,i get a fm radio icon and ofcourse does not work ,sim manager , 2 opera icons , bluetooth explorer no good,rhodium messaging no either,file explorer wont open or work either they all give the same message error the file cannot de opened,either it is not signed with a trusted certificate,or one of its components cannot be found ,
any help would be apreciated?

do not use the topaz program icons package (make it false) because that is what causes the problem.

make the top battery bar false in the kitchen to remove the rainbow bar at the top.

I found it its in this location;

\SYS\21725\dpi_192_resh_480_resv_640\COMMON\base_d pi_192_resh_480_resv_640

and its called

StartMenu_Background_Screen_480x640.png

and there is a landscape one as well.

Thanks for the info!! I haven't been doing any cooking since my hermes (I never did get the tilt I was going to) and finally just got back in the scene with the TP, I am eagerly awaiting the TP2 as it is looking badazz!!
