IM going to final the WM 6.5 tonight as a PREVIEW ROM for anyone wanting to play with it.

It will be based off 21501 FOR NOW. Please do not ask when I plan on moving to 21502, etc.... I will do it when I feel the SYS files are mature, etc...

Plus WM 6.5 was released as Final YESTERDAY so it should only be a few more days before we see final builds! WOOOOOT!!!

Thanks for all the hard work. Can't wait to try a 6.5 rom that can be used on my phone. Your Rom's are the best Verizon roms out there. You make my verizon phone feel like real touch pro. tear, tear, sniff, sniff.

Not true; there was no official comment on the RTM version and we can expect new builds to come out till Fall.

Can't figure out how to change the ringtone - Built 6.5 with extra ringtones but when I go to change them I only see about 5 of them. If I look in the Windows folder, they're all there. Love this rom so far!! Thanks.

All set - Just copied the ring I wanted into the Windows\Rings Folder

Windows Live won't let me sign in. I tap Sign in and nothing... Reboot and still nothing. Just sits there

I know my ROM's are faster. I made them that way ;c)

Dope! Good answer! I will try to fix this in the next revision. THis bug snuck up on me at the last minute and I had no time to resolve. It shoudl be fixable, until then....

Very nice rom bro!!! I just got my TP Thurs. and I have always been able to build a good working rom with the ppck kitchen but for some reason every one I have made there is always something wrong with it!!! Your rom will get me through until I learn a bit more about TPs so I can build my own. Thanks, and again great work!!

Hey, I just flashed your new 2.0 R4R, I was using the 1.5. But I have a question for you. I am using a program called GCz for Geocaching and the program will send a list of way points to google maps to display. However the program is expecting googlemaps.exe to be in the googlemaps folder in the "program files" folder. Which is where it is installed by default when installing the googlemaps.cab from their website.

I managed to go in the "windows" folder and find where you have googlemaps located and "copy" the 2mb googlemaps file (there were several) and past it into the folder where GCz was expecting it to be, and it seemed to be working but the gps wasn't working as well as normal.

Maybe it was working fine and I did the right thing, or maybe I'm an idiot and did the wrong thing to move googlemaps into a different location. I'm not sure If I should just reinstall the googlemaps.cab and have it installed twice on the phone... Any advice would be helpful. Thx

And by the way, 1.5 has made this phone bearable for the last 3 months, so thanks for that!
