Re: 12 May - SSK 2.0 Final for the Verizon Touch Pro - 6.1 Stable and 6.5 Preview! Se
Scott,
Nice job on the SSK 2.0. I cooked a fast rom, it works great and I am loving it. I found a couple of things 1. HTC streaming media player was not in the kitchen. Was in OEMAPS in prev kitchens. I would like to drop it in but I dont know all the files needed. Do you have a cab which works out of the box? Found one but wont connect. 2. I had a led notification that wouldnt go away untill a soft reset. NueLED shows it as addr 4, Mode 1, however couldn't disable it. 3. Back to the regular Manilla and the only thing that could help it out is the slow speed dial tab. Any way to speed that up? I could prob search but not too important so dont worry. 4. Lastly - WIFI keeps turning itself on when I use the phone. Very annoying. I have radio 1.07.06F and used the S2A w/ curtain(black) in the kitchen. I have been having this problem for some time now through most of the last roms. I wonder if it has something to do with the dialer? Thanks once again for the great kitchen and all your hard work!

2. I have VZW TP. Hasn't come back since SR. Its the D-pad one your are talking about and I have noticed it with past roms(kitchen built). 3. I chose the Fuzeberry manila. I really thing that its just this version of Manilla where it is slow opening the speed dial tab, as I remember before. Its fast with HD manila. 4. Well my cheek used to always open up a new note during a call until using the S2A w curtain. I dont think so because the comm manager tab would have to be accessible and it's not. I know I have posted before but no hits? I have to say that I dont see this untill I have used WIFI for the first time since a flash. It could be 5 days, but once I use WIFI once this seems to happen after. I don't recall a SR fixing this either. In the past I thought I has installed a non curtain dialer and it fixed but not sure. Thanks for the quick response. Maybe we will get some action on the WIFI prob, as thats the only one that I really care about. |

[QUOTE=scrosler;911869]1. You can pull the OEM from previous kitchens without hassle. I recarved the 2.0 Base from a VZW ROM and they do not include that by default.
2. When you say LED notification your talking about that spinning light ring, right? Soft reset resolved. Let me know if it comes back. What device do you have? VZW or Sprint / Bell etc? QUOTE] I wasnt able to find the HTC streaming media OEM. The files seem to lie within the oemapps folder. That LED notification you described did come back since a SR?? |
