212xx is a different branch of development than 213xx, 214xx, 215xx, 216xx, 217xx. The 213-217xx branches are specific branches for commercialization issues from different carriers/OEMs... the 212xx branch is the core OS branch for WM6.5

WHy don't none of the default sounds work
ringtones text messages, all the sounds says corrupt when I choose one

I have the same issue with the data connection failing for me as well. It seems for me to happen mostly in sketchy service areas where I had the dta connection open and momentarily lost the signal (almost evert time on LIRR entering tunnel)

I have managed to work around it with cycling the phone radio in the comm manager, its much faster than a soft-reset.

A few days ago I received a notification saying an upgrade for WM is available, with little additional info. Did anyone else get this notice? I'm not sure where the messaging came from (I'm also new to WM), but I'm assuming that's the 21234 build that's I see some other ROMs using. Is there an easy way to update to this build, or do we have to wait for dB to update the ROM? Is there any way to even see what's been updated in 21234 vs 21231?

Is there a way to add the 21725/21731 rom to this kitchen and rebuild it? Or do we have to wait till DB does it?

well you can just take the apps and other files you want and put them in other kitchen or wait till DB makes a new kitchen but he hasnt been on in weeks

Must be busy... I really loved his "No Manila" ROM! Hopefully he'll come back with something new.

I'm loosing my patience with this data connection that keeps going out and the corrupted ringtones. Even the ones on my sd card won't play sometimes. I'm getting tired of soft resetting. Does anyone have an alternative?
