in this htread the latest in 21231 but right now the latest is 21725

212xx is a different branch of development than 213xx, 214xx, 215xx, 216xx, 217xx. The 213-217xx branches are specific branches for commercialization issues from different carriers/OEMs... the 212xx branch is the core OS branch for WM6.5
