Thanks for the excellent ROM. I'm curious - why was QuickGPS dropped? It makes a world of difference in time to acquire satellites. I know I can install it manually, but is can anyone advise if there's any reason not to have it?

Updated from 5/6 and the speed and stability is a lot better. Only problem I have is with text messaging, sometimes the program freezes for a while. Any suggestions on that? I've been restoring my text messages from 6.1 could that have anything to do with it?

okay I have a noob question I am thinking about putting this Rom on my us cellular phone. I cannot be without it what I want to know is after installing it can I use the phone right away or is there a bunch of setting I have to go threw besides the startup.

no just screen alignment and at first it takes maybe a minute or 2 for its own customization that DB made for his roms if any, then after that you can talk all you want but you wont have your contacts A. you can synce from your computer or B use pimback up and save your contacts on your sd card.

Thanks for the reply I have all my contacts backed up with PIMbackup and I have my phone unlocked everything is downloaded ready to install just getting a little cold feet.

dont worry about it trust me if your running on stock you will be so much happier with a new ROM deffiently DB he is awesome also DB here is just a example of a animation for you pal iam just messing with it.
