I don't think it's clear whether the patch is actually useful on anything but the GSM phones for which it was released. For that matter, it seems possible that it doesn't do much even for GSM phones...

ah found the problem that was giving me my inabilty to connect to the internet whether on the phone or wifi. as soon as i connect my bluetooth its over. i disconnect the bluetooth and it works again. ive hard resetted and figured this out. now how to fix it thats the question. mighty any ideas i cant live without my bluetooth.

I found that problem too. I have to turn off the BT icon completely to connect. There must be a conflict somewhere.

Issue was on other ROMS as well...

cannot connect to internet when BT is on...

FIX:
start/settings/connections/WiFi
network adapters:

select each one and make sure use server-assigned IP address is selected...

especially for Bluetooth PAN driver

Mike, will there be a 'HotFix' for the lazy?

BTW, maybe I missed the discussion, but are you planning on getting a TP2? I know ill be upgrading, but im a bit discouraged by potentially missing out on your excellent ROMs.
