BUG REPORT:
(Minor issue) - When connecting to a PC it doesn't give me the option to choose internet sharing - it AUTOMATICALLY selects internet sharing. I can't choose activesync or Mass storage anymore. ( I tried to connect to my laptop, and it automatically when to internet sharing, and I also tried to connect to a friend's MACBOOK and it did the same. The storage card showed up on the desktop, but it was in READ ONLY mode and I couldn't copy any files onto the card.)

Any thoughts?

It used to ask me what option I'd like to choose, it has since stopped asking me and just defaults to internet sharing. I may have chosen to automatically chose this option - but now there is no way to disable it. (the preferences in system settings for telus phones doesn't show internet sharing, only shows active sync/mass storage and a check box for automatically select when connecting).

Go to Start/Settings/Connections/USB to PC

Select the bottom option "Ask me first about USB Connection...."

I had this problem before and I kept getting suggestions to check the "Ask me about USB connection type" box in settings...but that wasn't the problem.

This problem only occurred after I had used internet sharing for the first time. I realized what happened was I had disconnected my USB prior to disconnecting from internet sharing, so that when I replugged the USB cable in, it would automatically launch the internet sharing program.

If this happens to you, connect your USB, go into internet sharing and then click on Disconnect. Once you.re disconnected, then you can remove your USB, and when you reconnected later, it should allow your selection screen to pop back on.

Also, I'll get started working on the projects I left half done, I got a couple of fixes and different versions of dialers, but I had stopped because I didn't like how some things came out, so I'll be going back to the drawing board.

Wow.. Well, as long as you got it working, that's all that matters. All of my stuff are in the \Windows folder, but they are in .wma format. What are yours? MP3's?
