i deleted all the files in the my wallpapers folder and did a soft reset. then i copied all the files from that rar psyki posted in this thread back to that folder. then i picked a new wallpaper (red flame thing).

Ahh yeah, I'm sure the delay issue is because of Showaco alltabsbg, I may release a cab that will remove that, which means wallpapers only show up on the home tab.

Psyki,
That is what it is cause I have been playing with that CAB on other ROMs and it causes the same problem if you can have it removed your ROM is really nice. That is the only reason I dont run yours is becauses it slows down when I slide it open and then closed. Hope this helps

Nice Rom and great work!!!

Psyki is there any way if you can post all upgrade or any changes, all cabs to first post so we don't have to go thru whole forum to get it. Thx.

Re: [ROM] <!-- Psyki 3 - Build 090528 --!> Custom Rhodium Manila [21046 WM6.1]

Battery charging.
OK I have been doing some testing with charging the battery and I have a few suggestions/questions. First off I have to say this is a great ROM, I have tried almost everything on this board but this seems to be the fastest Kudos!!!
First let me say that I am sorry if this has already been discussed, I couldn't find anything.

So my normal routine is to plug in my phone every night and have it ready for the next day. Well I noticed that if I unplug my phone and plug it back in when I get up it will charge for about another 30 to 40 min and the battery will last way longer throughout the day. Has anyone else noticed this?

So my theory is that the battery finishes charging pretty quickly and then shuts down the charging circuit. Once this happens it never turns back on until you unplug/re-plug the phone charger into the phone. So the phone is sitting there most of the night wearing the battery down so when you unplug it in the AM it doesn't actually have a full charge. This obviously is just a theory and there could be other forces at work here but anyway..

So with that in mind, is it possible create a program that will reset the charging circuit at a scheduled time? this way the phone would be fully charged when I need it instead of having to manually cycle the power connection.

I posted this here because I'm not really sure which battery/charging mods you have in place and what little tricks could be done to effect this "sudo" problem

Edit: maybe a simple soft reset at a scheduled time each morning would do what I need, as long as it doesn't compromise my alarms.

That is a very interesting observation! I've had good battery in general but haven't paid that strict attention. It does happen pretty frequent though that I will unplug the phone when I wake up, go for a smoke, then put it back on the charger while I get ready to go. I'll try and pay attention next time

Dude.....seriously......this is beyond what i expected...........after trying 6.5 for about a couple of weeks.....i don't think i have seen a faster interface on a cellphone let alone a computer!!!!!!!! Holy sh*t man......wow......this is lighting fast!!!!!No words to describe it.....

And the delay with landscape if you re size the wallpaper you are using to 640x640 and disable the auto-rotation you won't get the delay when switching.

I flashed the Psyki 3 ROM to my Sprint Touch Pro today and it is very smooth.
Very nice work and all of the Rhodium goodies are already cooked into the ROM so that saved me a significant amount of modding.

Nice work Psyki. I flashed Psyki 3 tonight from the stock Sprint Touch Pro and it is a great ROM. What an amazing difference. Fast and smooth. Saved me allot of time because I don't have to do all of the Rhodium mods. I would like to eliminate all but 2 of the calendar entries on the home screen. I am currently looking for cab to do that I have seen it before. NICE WORK on thi!!!s ROM

Ack I tried it for my Verizon Phone and it won't load up. No TouchFlo3d Action =/
It would shut off then wouldn't turn back on lol. I love the "Excuse me Boss you got a new text message" Haha
