I just answered my own question. The included facebook app is V0.14 soemthing like that. The one I just installed is the official app and is V1.007

Thanks for posting that. There isn't a huge difference between the versions that I can tell but the newest official version is definitely more reliable and stable. I'll include it from here on out

Actually I've been considering releasing ROMs more like mighty and juicy, very clean. That way people can install whatever they want and not have to deal with software they don't want. I definitely added more programs to v2, but what do you guys think?

I'm enjoying the sh*t ouf of V2....I think you're doing fine. I never cared for the "clean" ROMs because i've found that installing things can cause problems. When you select what you want to install you test the hell out of it before you release it which, IMO, is why you've got the best one out right now.

I like what you are doing psyki. I dont like clean roms custom is better!!!

Personally, I like what's included in V2.1 (my favorite ROM that I've tried). My only wishes would be the black dialer and S2A.

P.S. - I just did a soft reset, and my calendar works now. Weird; that didn't fix it yesterday. This ROM is now perfect for me!=D>

My 2 Cents....
I'd rather a clean rom and install the latest version of apps. Perfect example is facebook.
But I would also like to see things like the slide to answer included.

I guess I dont want a totally clean rom, but one that contains stuff that isnt usually updated. I guess stuff inherent to the OS include, but frequently updated apps no.

Also I have noticed when my email is running, TF3Ds calendar buttons wont create a new appointment. if I close email they work.

Speaking of weird Rhodium issues, is there any word when a new version of TF3D will be released? I read that carriers are announcing the TP2, so I would assume the shipping version of TF3D2 would address these issues and be out soon. Anyone have any input?

Also I am a Redfly user and for whatever reason the redfly wont connect via bluetooth with any rhodium rom. Someone has suggested its because the redfly sw requires .net 2.0 specifically, and there is no way to install 2.0 after 3.5 is already in rom. Anyone have any ideas how to get around that?

I suppose one solution to adding programs to the ROM would be to have certain programs install as CABs during customization, like I did with S2U2 and DCI battery gauge. The only drawback to that is that it takes extra time on first boot, heh.

I've had this thing completely freeze up on me twice today with the V1.2. It won't get past the boot screen (that shows the radio and all that). I'm not going to use the nue clock and see if that's the problem because this isn't freaking cool.

thats strange the new version was suppose to address this problem i believe is what No2Chem said. Read the thread about NueDynamiClock
