mine took like a little under a minute. its atually a lot quicker on this release...great job Psyki

As far as the alarm. Are you using g-alarm or the stock one?
And as far as the backlight. The program called Lumos is preconfigured in this rom so you need to disable it or change the settings in Lumos.

If the Customization takes too long (like beyond 10 min) you could always just hard reset and try again.

i am not using g-alarm, but the stock one. should i use g-alarm? will it work that way? what setting in the lumos do i use for the backlight to stay bright?

I think for Lumos to stay brighter just go in and change the minimum backlight (someone correct if wrong). As for the Alarm in my experience on any ROM g-alarm is always more reliable and better in every way than the stock alarm.

i definately recommend g-alarm its the best alarm program period..tons of options
as far as lumos just open it and start the calibration and adjust it to your liking. but, just realize the higher the screen brightness the more battery drain you will have or you can just shut lumos off altogether but i highly recommend using it

thks, i was messing with the g-alarm and it looks way better. im pretty simple so, i do i just shut off the lumos off altogether???
