Is there a possibility of you making this a diamond rom? i love it on my TP. Energy has the best diamond rom out there (warhawk). I think you will definitely please the diamond community.

Well I have a heck of a problem. I tried a rom I found on another forum and ended up with this message every time I update weather or go on line:

"Data Call Failure. error code 67. PCS Vison username/password incorrect"

Well I should have known it could not beat this rom, but when I came back I now get the same error message on Psyke. I have gone back to stock and don't have any problems, everything works just fine. But when I load a custom rom it comes back. I have loaded 6 different roms and its there on all of them. Back to stock, no problems. I have researched it and it appears to be a sprint thing. I am on uscc and have done every thing I can find including running DCD's carrier cab. Can anyone help me get rid of this thing.

One other Question, when you hit the donation button at the top of the page, does it donate to the forum or Pyske? I would like to donate to both but it looks like it goes to just the forum.

I haven't experienced this but a good friend of mine had a similar issue. To fix it, I had him do a EPST Reset. If you go to your dialer and enter:

##786#

And then select Menu and Reset from there. Once it reset I think he was able to do a Profile update and it fixed the issue. Hope that helps.

I believe others have had success with data on USCC... Are you saying data worked fine on my rom before, but after flashing another custom it doesn't work? Have you tried leaving the username and password fields blank?

Yes, I have had no problems running your roms. In fact once I get this fixed I aint leavin again. It doesn't give me anywhere to enter a password. So if I just hit dismiss I can go ahead and surf, But every time I reconnect it pops up again. As far as doing a ##786# it doesn't do anything , other ## work just fine. I have BAF MSL on my tp can I reset it from there?

I don't know why ##786# doesn't work but all other ## codes do, just a tachi thing I guess. Strange it still lets you browse past that error but at least it kind of works.

A little more research tell me it has to do with the PRI update. Some of the other roms and maybe your earlier one had a program called "Update PRI". every one seems to have gotten rid of it, but when I changed Roaming lists (I drive 500 mile a day and can get better coverage with some other lists), when I got home I could just run the program do a *228 and I was back on USCC. Do you have that program?

That makes 2 of us . But I did find that the update pri file was just a shortcut to the sprint ppst exe file. Unfortunately sprint changed the file to a newer version and thats what seems to be the problem. I found a copy of the old version and am in the process of restoring to stock and then I will run the old version and see what happens.

If any one knows were the registry keys are to the ppst.exe files so I could muck around and really screw up my tp I would be more than a willing guinea pig on this one, its driving me crazy!!.
