Mine didn't seem to be loading which sounds like the problem your having. So I installed the lumos.cab myself which didn't seem to help so I uninstalled, reinstalled now it seems to be working. SO basically I installed Lumos, uninstalled, reset, and reinstalled and ran the configuration now it seems to be working even after a reset.

The 'smoothness' is mostly a matter of polling and change time, which defaults to 1250/2500ms to save more battery life, but can be set to whatever value you choose for faster/smooth backlight adjustments.

I find 800 is a little better for me, just a little faster

i just noticed my lumos isnt starting automatically after a soft reset too. basically the sun went down already but there is still light out and my screen seemed real bright, opened lumos settings, exit, yes to start then bam my backlight dimmed. but wayyyy too low couldnt read crap cuz there is still a little light out. wheni open lumos settings current lumens is about 0-4 so its giving me my lowest backlight setting of 1, i set the highest to 5 which seemed to work well for me during the day, but in dim lighting its too dark and in complete dark its too bright if i use any higher minimum setting than 1

for now i just turned on the stock htc-wm auto backlight untili can figure this app out, anyone got a link to the official lumoshelp thread? i need to learn a little more about its settings

Edit: I installed the panoramic background, and it brought TF3D back, but i didnt have the Missed Calls, and Calendar links on the Home Screen, but the right edge seemed to be a little off, b/c it cut off the Alarm Icon on the Home Screen. I can't get the Original Pyski Glasss (Red) Theme back

Interesting problem... I've long been a fan of Psyki's ROM's, so when I saw he created a new version, I had to flash it RFN. But... I was fairly disappointed with the red-theme included with Manila 2.1. It wouldn't be such an issue if it was just on the home page... use a custom background and bam, problem solved. But its on all the tabs, so I tried reinstalling Manila 2.1 from XDA-Devs. It fixed the problem, but now Manila won't respond unless I hold my finger/stylus on the item I'm trying to interact with for about 3 seconds. I can fix it by removing the 6.5 Kinetic Scrolling fix, and I've tried reinstalling them in different orders, but not every combination. Is there any way to fix this? I love the ROM itself Psyki, but the inability to customize it visually is killing me. Any help man?

Speaking of customization, can you cab up a custom taskbar like the one shown in the "more pics" post, like #3 or #4? Hopefully including the Vista orb? All of Tsowen's custom taskbars claim they have a custom start icon, but when I install the cab, all the other icons change, but the start button stays bland and white!

Please help!

Try the Panoramic Wallpaper mod. These are the ones I use.

The mods cab hides the call history and calender links under the clock in the home screen.

Ok ive used the net 6.5 rom for 2 days now and i have to say i like it . To be honest i never was much of a fan of 6.5 as it seemed slow and buggy and i hated the titanium and the start menu but the start menu is beginning to grow on me ( i stil hate titanium ).

Anyway this rom seems almost perfect to me i applied the fixes and cant really seem to find much fault in anything .All in all 3 thumbs up!!
