I will try that. Today i unplug device iam and by 2pm it was dead. same thing yesterday. May be i have to do hard reset and start all over again.

could have a bad battery too ! i noticed with my old battery when the phone would get warm my battery would go down faster than a "cheap lot lizard on a Saturday night"

I tested this by calling myself a couple times. If I only use the hardware key, the calls are answered as expected.

My GPS doesn't seem to be working at all. Google maps can't locate any GPS towers. This had worked fine on other ROMS.

Try this to fix your answering issues HKLM/Comm/ConnMgr/Planner/Settings/SuspendResume,
change GPRS or somthing... to #777... http://forum.ppcgeeks.com/showthread.php?t=40427

For Google Maps, go menu>options>GPS settings>set manually=com 4... I always use com 4 57600...

i have to ask if i apply the smoke theme will it mess up the transparency ?

Yes it will, it will replace all the manila highlights, menu enhancements, notifications etc with the smoke version. And no, I don't plan on making transparent versions of all the colored themes. I might have to re-work the themes or get rid of them completely, the glass theme is hard to package up and it is by far my favorite looking.

i am having problem with setting up an email account. i have gmail and after i am done putting my user name and pass word none of my mails show up. can you please help.

Not sure what to tell you, I use gmail myself and it works fine... Did you use your full email for username?
