it sure does, but most people dont know u have to run winrar once on its own in this rom so that the setup pops up and then it will ask if u want winrar to associate with rar and zip files, check the boxes and now ur zip files will open with winrar and should work fine...unless to the other poster yout downloaded zip was corrupt. try to redownload
