Customizing Windows Mobile 6.5

I apologize for putting this in the incorrect forum/not adding to an existing Windows Mobile 6.5 thread already in progress. I was wondering what everyone who is running Windows Mobile 6.5 is using to tweak Titanium? There’s Titanium Customizer, Titanizer, Chrome Editor…they all seem to have similar if not some of the same features. Obviously, they don’t do all the same things. Anyone recommend one over the other? I am only interested in moving panels around and maybe adding/creating a couple new ones. So surely I don’t need to install of them.
