I used QPST (App for the PC which requires the phone to be put in DIAG mode via ##3424# or ##3424 Send depending on your dialer), then the EFS {Browser I think} tool to get to that file system (E... File System) and there were the ERI and DUN folders.

I don't have ready access to my 10.key ATM, but I did find another post in one of the "Sprint TP on VZW" type threads here. I don't know how to share the PRI. You can get the VZW PRI (1.46_002 for the TP) also in one of these threads. You get it as a PPST*.cab which installs the PRI.

I will be doing a detailed write-up on my process here in the next few days. I'll edit my 1st post.
