Extract the whole .rar first. then open up the folder, and put your phone in bootloader mode. (hold the power button and the volume down at the same time, and then poke the reset button) Make sure its still connected to your computer. That's how I do it and it works,

He wasn't extracting the whole folder, so that's exactly what I PM'ed him earlier, and he got it flashed.
