Mighty Rom 4.16

I have the touch pro cdma for sprint I unlocked my fone & I DLoaded the Mighty Rom but now im trying to install it but i am having issues. I extracted the Custom_ruu.exe but when i click it to start to install the rom nothing happens it pops up the vista window asking permission to run it but when i hit allow nothing happens the fone is connected to WMDC i have no idea what im doing wrong help
