Re: JD's G52x ROMs and Simple Axe Kitchen

Is there any reason why my TP should be lagging or stuttering? On occasion, it freezes for about 10-15 seconds while doing anything and then it goes back to normal (while performing everything I did while frozen immediately afterwards). Can the pagepool size cause this? I have always used 32MB in the past (not this kitchen) and have no issues...

edit: Looks like it happens a lot in the programs tab in (HTC) Manila if I'm scrolling up and down a lot. Also happens every time while scrolling for adding a program to the programs tab.

I could not get them to work either. I had to swap out the HTC volume control oem with a different htc volume control oem. Now it works. I was get exactly what you are talking about. This fixed it for me.

I dropped manila in favor of titanium for that reason. Manila is a huge resource hog...

Re: JD's G52x ROMs and Simple Axe Kitchen

I just flashed using the new kitchen and I'm missing the HTC Task Manager... saw that a couple of people posted similar issues, but I didn't see any responses. Anyone know what the issue here is (I used the first one, labeled "HTC Taskmanager")?

EDIT:
Nevermind, after a hard reset and then a soft reset it showed up...

bah. Great job as always JD!

I've always used this config and it hasn't given me problems before. It has nothing to do with how much resources it takes. I took the HTC Manilla OEM from JD's older kitchen cause I didn't want the Sprint one...

I have also experienced that short lockup, I'm not sure what it is related to, it does not happen to often.

Question Bluetooth icon

JD,

Do you know of a cab (or seomthing else) that will make the bluetooth icon start working in your latest rom? I know it is most likely an issue with microsoft and not your rom specifically, but I thought I should go ahead and ask here.

TIA
