1 month after any rom install, my phone slows to a crawl

Any idea on whats going on? Its been like this since I got it and its annoying

Do you Never reset or something?

It's hard to find ROMs with Zero memory leak, i'd suggest running cleanRAM... it's on this site somewhere...

I run it probably once a week... just to keep things in check, it also depends on which CE OS you've settled with, as some of them are known to have much more memory leak issues.

EDIT: also... most people here might not know what it feels to run a single ROM for over a Month without flashing...

I am impressed you can go a month without flashing, I think my longest is a week or so.

Hell some of us actually use the phone for things like phone calls and text messaging....

Hard to do when it's constantly hooked up to the computer and looking at the hardSPL boot screen! LOL

I have been on MM4.12 for awhile now....

The first rule of engineering...if it ain't broke...don't fix it!

I will flash 4.16 at some point...I tried messing it up by installing TF3D2 figuring I could see it and then flash 4.16 but the phone is still very usable and I might wait until Mike's next TF3D2 Beta cause I don't see a need to reflash yet!

You should move up to SSK's or cook your own... SYS 21032+ XIP flies vs MM 4.16 IMO. esp if you have Vzw
