1 month after any rom install, my phone slows to a crawl

Yeah I usually flash 3 times a week looking for something that suits my needs.

I'm not sure how the SD card is related... but with my phone, my call history and text messages definitely bog it down after 3-4 weeks. If I delete the text threads from the few people I have long conversations with, and clear my call history, it speeds back up. It's not as fast as it was when I first flashed it, but it's quite a bit faster than it was before clearing them. Just a thought...

I will play more with this phone when I can but I have to pick my shots at doing that....
I work in TV and this is a very busy time of the year for me. I have the Miss USA gig coming up and my industy convention NAB is the week after.
Right now I just need the phone to work well.

I did try cooking before with Scotts kitchen but I didn't have enough info and OEMs to get something stable enough that I liked it....

and until the Rhodium port of Manila is stable I really don't see any reason to move to a 21XXX sys yet.

I am not sure if you have tried Might ROM 4.16 but they have been fast for me, you mentioned memory card issues, there is a cab called:
tnvvnt SD TuneUP (sorry I don't have the link-pm and I can email it) that speeds up memory card response, I am using an 8Gb with 1GB free and haven't had any problems, I have 105MB of Program Memory Free and 223GB of Storage free and I have about 30 cabs and 3 .exe's loaded.

Mighty rom was actually the slowest for me I dont have anything save onto the SD card, really the only thing I have on there is a bunch of mp3's which I dont know how they would affect it.
