Using Clear Storage is ALWAYS the last resort for frequent flashers as it adds the extra steps that are not really needed.

Not sure if you were aware of this or not. I know I was not and am very glad it was pointed out to me.
Hmm, wasn't aware of that difference. Thanks. I had just been doing "Clear Storage" immediately following a flash.

So, the more efficient way is to do the button combo after a flash?

I was so pissed on Sunday nights. Scott would release a new ROM and I would have to make a choice between flashing then or waiting til Monday since VZW does work on the network on Sundays and phone activation can't be done.

I wonder, is there a way to do a 6.5 install without any of the TF3D files? Will excluding Manilla in JD's kitchen acomplish that? I may try that next.
That is exactly what I did. I built it without any TF3D and a few other HTC things I didn't think I needed and it works great.

Do you know if Scott is working on a new 6.5 build for VZW?

Yes! Hold both the center button and soft reset button until you get the restore message. Hit the up volume button to start the process and then hit the up volume button when it is complete and you are all done.

Not that I know of but I am going to ask today. He is just back from dealing with the Red River thing and I don't want to bother him too much.
