Re: Sprint Airave Friendly ROM

When I run the Stock ROM I get the EV symbol with full service. So why is it when I go custom ROM it shows EV but with no service there most be something being left of the custom roms that messes with the service indicator.

Re: Sprint Airave Friendly ROM

Josedogg54, that's actually a bug in the stock rom since EVDO doesn't actually get enhanced by the airrave. Only the 1x. The bug was that on stock, it showed whatever the highest signal was for 1x or EV, but NOT the correct indicator of the signal.

Re: Sprint Airave Friendly ROM

Ok good news finally I believe it's working. I had downloaded the 7 bars cab and did a reset and I'm now in 1x with full 7 bars.

Re: Sprint Airave Friendly ROM

I see what he is saying, though. I just flashed to my first custom ROM (Mighty) and show 0 bars until I do something. Under the stock ROM, for whatever reason, it reflects the full 1x signal provided by the Airave. Weird. Sorta bugging me.
