yes i had to take a few of those options out so the kitchen would funciton properly

change that to 1 in your registry if you can live without the program tab then youwont have the softkey issue

add this line to the rgu in the xbox tp2 beta folder ... scroll until you see the weather keys thing add this in a new line right after the last key you see that references the weather... it's not far down the list ... as soon as you get past the contact keys the regular manila keys will start you will see weather keys within 10 lines or so

I am not seeing the programs hidden dword. Do I need to create this?

With the EZInput 2.0 Keyboard (http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=489032), I , in the past have installed the CABS (never the OEMs) and everytime I had problems where commas or periods would not work on the keyboard, nor the FN.

Unless that has been fixed I'd stay away. btw I've been using bored's roms / kitchens

tweaks.. moved a few things around to get the kitchen more stable...also let some of the packages be selectable that werent before.... added a package or two... i know i need to start doing a change log but i try to stay current which means constant updates so i could just say i'm lazy when it comes to changlogs lol

ya... i left a comment when i told you guys the new kitchen was up.... some of the patches are causing other problems so i pulled them... the sms fix for one wont cook it right either it has to be run during UC or installed manually.... TP2 is a pain in my a$$ to be honest... if it wasnt for peoples desire to experience it i would pull it out of my kitchen entirely until it's less buggy...... i am on a search for tp2 manila oem's...the more files i get my hands on the better off we will be

use winrar to unpack the file you downloaded

go into that folder you just unpacked and click the file that says start kitchen

buildos will pop up....make all the desired selections you would like then click the play button on the upper left.... if it errors make sure you didnt select 2 of the same thing such as Album or Manila's..

once buildos says done on the bottom close it and the kitchen command will continue with the building process

eventually the page pool changer will pop up... click browse and navigate to *kitchen folder*/Tools/RUU then click on the 1.9.4.B.nbh file... once you've done that select your desired page pool size.... vzw devices dont do well with it over 16 other devices are fine up to 32...

click the change button then close

the ROM Update Utility will pop up and just follow the prompts

on your device or in the rgu within the OEM folder for TP2 Manila

if it's your device you just need to find the programs hidden key and change it from a 0 to a 1...

if it's the rgu make sure you're looking at the right one in the right folder.... it's there i promise

lesson learned awhile back....... installing keyboards with cab's usually has ill effects..... it's always better to use a OEM and cook it into the rom... I will see if I can get it to work

Thanks mang! I just use Start --> Programs for programs TF3D is nice for seeing the time, calendar, email and text but not for launching programs imo

wow thread on third page now. Love the roms that I build with your kitchen bored!!!! Bored, how much do you think included TF3D slows a rom (I'm not going to enable TF3D on today).
