I'll tell you what, I really like the idea of someone using something other than TF3D but I don't think Point UI is ready to be used as a main today screen.

There is no keyboard other than that tiny *** thing which is another deal breaker for me.

Aside from that it's got tons of free memory, point ui is smooth and fast as hell which is always a plus. Good work on this, i'll keep this on my phone for another day or so.

guys this is a base install rom that was released to get things working for each carrier. When you download either gold or platinum when released it will have things like different keyboard and stuff. Right now whats the point in takeing all the time to add all of the extra stuff for you to have to wait longer to install that may hurt more then help.

Hey Silent,

I downloaded Sprint 2.2. I wanted to restore from my Sprite Back Up file but it told me it was unsigned or untrusted. Any way to fix it? For the meantime, I'm back on 2.0.

2.0 was 20931 build
2.2 is 21015

Sorry Silent. I don't understand. Are you saying that I got the error because I was trying to restore from an older build?

yes most likeley. what all did you save? i would try just to save contacts or more important items only not a full system save. 2.2 is a newer os then 2.0 is so some settings may be not letting it do it.


also i just noticed today that there is no bluetooth installed do you guys get this also. i never use it so i dont notice untill i was bored.

Hey Silent. Sorry. Just saw this message. I'll try it that way but I'm not sure it will make a difference because even when I just tried to open the Sprite program itsepf, I got the same message. I know I have seen this problem before so I'm going to search and see if I can find an answer to it.

I do believe that the short time I used 2.2 I also noticed that BT was not installed (I use it all the time). Do you think they left it out of the system?

i prolly forgot something in it. always so much chaos.

latley i have been testing other builds to help keep the rom up to date on builds like oter have been doing and to take advantage of any changes in them. I think i will stay based on 21015 for now untill a official release of 6.5/7 comes out. Im testing a couple more rom builds then well make it final. Then i will start the new releases silver, gold, platinum

i really want to flash this but im using linux and i dont have a way to unzip 7zip files.
rar or zip are fine
