Ya great release, love it. Its just that bit of difference I was wanting. Cant wait until Monday for the next release if everything goes well. Keep up the great work! Hopefully when home 2 pro comes out you will be able to integrate that!

hey, great rom. I ended disabling PointUI aand going with some custom plugins and spb shell because i find it a lot more productive than fumbling with an interface, which isb really only there to generate 'ooohs' and 'ahhhs'.

Anyway I still find your rom extremely fast and light, and definitely recommend it, but have found some odd interface quirks that differ from the norm rom scene (been through a lot)mm anyway, i have found the two most annoying things to be the scroll speed on the touchflo addon is ridiculous. i believe there is a hack to make it scroll a bit better, but if i am in my programs screen and wish to 'slide' my list of programs half way a slight flick of the thumb will cause mayhen and scroll immediately to the end. I suppose this is not a major concern since pointui's interface is so fluid, but something i noticed...

#2 - there is an odd entry window that pops up when using any SIP, and i cant seem to figure out what it is for or how to make it go away. i would guess it is just there to better see what you are typing. speaking of the SIP, i will post tomorrow a superlight SIP changer that is good for automatically switching to the small keyboard when you pull out the stylus..

#3 - the phone program has a neat cover up pane on it so you do not accidently press buttons when on a call, but it is not very responsive. it would be nice if it were as responsive and shoed an intermediate state like the slide to answer function you have implemented in this rom.

#4 - most contact lists now adays have a quick-jump alphabetical list running vertically. this would be helpful to cook in to the rom from te start.


i suppose i really shouldnt even be posting this since im not using the rom as intended, but ive already typed all of this in on my little TP keyboard and i guess it is worth mentioning..

good work none-the-less, im impressed so far.. keep it up!

Wow big message will ... it so its not so big. Thanks forthe input. When getting to final stages there will be different builds of the rom ( Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum ) Bronze will be just a rom no interface no apps or programs just bare esencials, and it goes up from there as u can guess.

I will add what u said onto the list of things to update/fix. Thanks for the input. If you have a link about the touchflo scrolling tweaking id like to read it.

I am having this issue as well.

I am also experiencing the activesync problem. Im not sure if its the rom though. It works fine on my laptop, but on my desktop the phone asks me, I select activesync, but its like the PC never sees the phone connected. It works through bluetooth though. EDIT - The activesync issue was a cord problem, not a ROM problem.

I tried the usbtopc settings mentioned before, I dont have an "allow faster data transfers" checkbox.

Lastly, I have an issue with SMS. When I switch to using the keyboard, I can have the whole message typed out in a few seconds, but it will take the phone a min to catch up. It puts up one character every second or so. Tried turning off auto-completion (dont like it anyway) and it wouldnt shut off as I thought maybe that was the problem.


This is on Sprint2.0 downloaded March 24. I will be flashing to the Mar 27 build tonight *if* I can get activesync to work. Otherwise I will try tomorrow night on the laptop.

Ok, we can remove the activesync problem from my list. Apparently the cord that came with the phone went bad. It still charges the phone, but it wasnt letting the phone connect. Soon as I whipped out my trusty retractable, it connected.
