Re: [ ROM ] [ KITCHEN ] JUICY 8 - Long Walk down the Green Mile of A Broken TouchPRO
Well I hope J8 is as awesome as I expect it to be, unfortunately I bid farewell to my Juicy fix, my phone was dying a slow death these last few weeks and there was no hope in sight so I did a mercy kill (man those things are hard to draw and quarter) and bought a dumb phone.
Thank you Juicy for all of your hard work, it was greatly appreciated. Thank you to everyone else for your help, tips, and trick.s |

Re: [ ROM ] [ KITCHEN ] JUICY 8 - Build 090618 (21815.5.0.50) [UC]
Been happily using ms3 but decided to try out the latest tf3d2 roms and damn this one is nice and may be a keeper. Great job Juicy. Only prob I have right now is opera preloading and will not close. I remember a while back seeing how to stop opera perload but I cant find it. I do have realexit at 1 on the preload registry key but opera is ststill not exiting. Any ideas?

Has anyone experienced their phone not Vibrating with Juicy 8? If so is there a fix or eg edit for this? The phone Vibrate function is totally disabled. Thanks in advance

Hello Juicy, how do you get this keyboard? The keyboard that shows up in my Juicy8 ROM is a little differnt. Instead of the "bracket pointing up" for the space bar, my space bar has the "SPACE" word. and my "12#" button does not have the 4-directional arrows. This is my first time using your ROM, great work. |

Thanks for all the hard work Juicy. This ROM is working great!
The only problem I'm having is that the HTC Messaging app works really poorly. Takes maybe 20-30 seconds to show up when I try to open it up for a reply since most of my contacts have a lot of texts. The WM one seems fine because it only shows a small number of recent ones, but the HTC app tries to show them all and this can take a long time. Is there any way to disable it so TF3D will take me to the standard WM threaded SMS? I've been reading the thread, but I haven't found anyone saying if it's possible. Aside from that, I haven't had any real issues with the ROM. Much, much faster than the older Juicy I was on. edit: Nevermind, found it in an earlier post. Kept searching and it eventually turned up like 100 pages back. Seems to still work: http://forum.xda-developers.com/show...postcount=3086 Last edited by Firon; 06-25-2009 at 05:14 AM. |
