Juicy,

Love the new ROM so far...one minor issue. When reading mail, there's a new fade effect when opening a message or when transitioning between messages.

It looks spiffy, but it's a little slow. Is there any way to turn it off?

I think its an awesome touch but I see what your saying.
I didn't see where to disable it but here are a couple reg edits to try. Sped it up for me a bit.

I know there was a Sprint Picture Mail cab just previously posted. But, this one is waaay better than the default Picture Mail. All Sprint Users, if you don't have this, you should download this. It combines SMS and MMS real easily. It's also very fast when sending pictures, videos, audio, or all-in-1.

Hey man,

I know you're probably getting bombarded with questions about your kitchen, but I just had 2 quick questions I was hoping you could answer.

First, I wanted to cook the Smaller Menus in. I see you have them under \OEM\PACKAGE_MenuEnhancement\, but I don't see an .rgu file for the registry keys. I can't find them anywhere else. Where are they stored?

Also, I know about using recmod and reversmode to build/dump files for cooking, but I was searching desperately to find WHY it's done, but more importantly how it's done (how the files break down into the .bins and SXXX files. I couldn't find any info aside from using the tools, so If you have any real reasoning behind it, I'd really appreciate it
