Since it is unecessary to know the time twice on the home, (when i turn the phone on i'm usually checking the battery or time) so i just disabled the time. The batt icon will show back up. Only thing is time won't show up when you're in a program. I rather have it the original way, but this way is fine for me.

I know that's what usually happens. That's what I want to happen. That's why I'm asking if anyone knows how to get it back to working like that.

I don't want a cleaner look, I want it to work the way it used too.

No, it doesn't do the job. I don't want to have to be checking my battery level all the time. It's there for a reason.
