Has anyone found a solution to fixing dialer contact list scrolling and overwriting all the contacts and everything gets all jumbled?

I remember someone saying it was a 6.5 issue... I can't imagine Microsoft let a huge bug like that go without being fixed for RTM.

It's an issue with the HTC dialer, not a Microsoft problem. When somebody manages to port the Topaz dialer, it'll be fixed =)
