Windows Mobile 6.5 doesnt have a new Ev icon yet. So instead of using the old one, I decided to use the new 3G (as EVDO ... specifically Rev A) is a 3G technology

great rom juicy.

running very fast and stable so far. i think my favorite feature is the diamond2 keyboard, so much easier to use.

i'm not sure if i do something different from everyone else, but i have never had the corrupt ringtone issue...maybe i'm just lucky.

How are you guys getting the ringtone corruption?

I've tried different ringer profiles (ring once, vibe and ring, etc.), vibe, silent, changing ringtones through manila, changing ringtones through the default interface. been running the rom for 24hrs and everything is working fine, but let me know what happened in your specific case so I can try and re-create it and get this fixed.

I don't know if this helps or not, but I have never had the ringtone issues either, but I do use Sashimi to set up my phone after a fresh flash. A while ago I made backups of each ringtones' registry settings exactly how I like them (ie. ring and vibrate, generic-3 ringer, etc...) and have a reg file for each one including mms, text, email, reminders...and so on. So after a flash those files get imported to my registry and for some reason has always worked on Mighty's and Juicy's rom's. The other thing that I do is use Sashimi to copy over the ringtones that I do use to the windows folder as well as the ringtone folder, just in case the rom I'm using doesn't have the ones that I want.

Anyways, just a thought to the people having problems, go back to a known working setup and copy the actual ringtones from that rom and backup your reg entries for the ringtones you want to save. Then reflash and import the reg entries and copy over the ringtones.

i do something similar and have never had the issue either. i use an xml to set up my ringers during uc.

Great ROM! Thanks for it, and for all the work you put into it. The only problem I have come across so far is that the Youtube player is not playing videos. Is this a known issue?

Another great release Juicy. The frst time i had actually flashed a mighty rom when i first got into this, but instantly i knew it wasnt for me because it hurt my eyes and being a minimalist stock is so much more cleaner and def. looks sexy. but thats just my opinion.

As far as the ringtone corruption bug, i havent had it since u figured it out a few rom releases ago.
