yeah i loaded a new rom, but it appears the problem is my touch screen is broken. i have had the rainbow behind the screen for awhile and actually soft resetted before the boot problems because the touch screen was non responsive. got the new rom loaded but i can't get past the windows setup screen where you have to tap. it appears the touch screen is done. i guess i'm screwed till i can get a new phone. unless someone knows a way to get past the standard setup without touching.

I had this problem with my axim. If you connect via usb, activesync can connect while still on the align screen. Browse to the windows/startup folder and delete "welcome.exe" or something like that and reset. It should boot without asking you to align. Hope that helps.

So has development of this ROM come a conclusion? This was my first, and only... but I guess if it is EOL I probably need to move on.

tried that as well...not to sound like a broken record but all of the normal troubleshooting steps have already been done...

i just switched to Mightys ROM

its like drinking tropical punch kool-aid all your life and then having to switch to wylers...but with all the bugs and constant freezes and lockups i had to do something

hopefully Juicy continues development and i can come back home

ok i got my new phone and i'm back in business.

i love this rom, but a few problems i keep searching for solutions for. is their a program or cab to install so that the on screen keyboard stops popping up the internet? also, one bug that drives me nuts when i am using a program and the phone auto checks my email every 10 minutes if i have an email it will basically pop up automatically (like in slingplayer this is really annoying)

any help? thanks.

and combo of nuenullkb(http://www.nuerom.com/BlogEngine/pos...nueNullKB.aspx) and sip change (http://www.pdagold.com/software/detail.asp?s=1312) should stop the keyboard from randomly popping up...and go to settings>sounds and notifications>notifications and change the settings so that a notification DOES NOT pop up when you get a text or email...

so i know there are many weather apps out there, but i want the htc one to work, ive tried HTC weather master rhodium and it loads the database allows me to add a city, but when i scroll to the weather tab and update it it says "there was a connection error while attempting to download weather data. Retry?" are there any successful ones out there?

Worst case, hold down the volume down + power button while reseting the phone with your stylus. This will put it in the boot loader. You can reflash the rom.

There is a hard reset sequence as well that I did once, but it is kind of tricky to get it to work. That is in your owners manual.
